HR Team Leader/ Recruitment and Training

A. Recruiter (1 person)
1. Responsible for Recruitment and training of Hanoi Office, ensure that all procedures will be followed company regulation and rules.
2. Build or revise the recruitment policy to be met with company strategy.
3. Prepare documents for new comer (offer letter, decision, labor contract….).
4. Update training document, ensure that it will be met with company regulation and rules.
5. Be the coordinator between company and employee.
6. 1 year experience about Recruitment


B. HR Team Leader ( 1 person)
1. Plan and manage the operation related to HR, to conform to company policies and business objectives.
2. Develop and implement policies, strategic plans and tactical changes on Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Administration services, Training & Development, Succession Planning, Labor Relation, and Safety.
3. Design the reporting methods for generating personnel statistics that permit the management for employee's utilization. Job Requirements

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR management, social, science and other related fields.
2. Minimum 7 years experience in the HR field, with at least 2 years at a management level
3. Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy
4. Self-motivation, initiative, team spirit and strong leadership
