***Compensation & Benefits:
- Coordinate monthly payroll and review social insurance processes, tax declaration.
- Understand and provide the explanation of the policies, benefit schemes and processes.
- Supervise the effective implementation of HR system to ensure the on-time smooth processing of Payroll throughout all MM Mega Market Vietnam organization
- Ensure the updating of HR records, statistic, report and the coordination of HR presentation materials
***Recruitment
- Recruit for all positions at store, following standard recruitment procedure.
- Monitoring and updating recruitment plan and budget.
- Ensure the timely recruitment.
- Co-ordinate with Head Office (Onboarding for new employee, On-the-job training)
- Welcoming new starters onto the department
- Introducing them to their colleagues
- Up-dating Line Manager on progress of new employee

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifications
- Experience: 2 - 4 years in HR General
- Confident to operate effectively in a big corporate environment, emphasis on teamwork
- Good communication skills.
- English: Intermediate
