HR Supervisor ( Men )

We are looking for a HR Supervisor for a manufacturing company as detail:
- Command HRM activities; Manage and Organize workforce and staff functioning; Organize training program.
- Control factory's/department's working procedures
- You have experience in charge of factory audit that will take priority
- Check and update changing points of new laws/regulations and report to management
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
- Identify internal control deficiencies and their root causes, and makes appropriate recommendations for improvement in control, operating efficiency and/or operating effectiveness
- To maintain and build relationships with local authorities as well as with the Labor Bureau and other local and regional organizations for Human Resources.
- To be fully in charge of all documents for foreigner experts (will be given priority)
- Other tasks which are assigned by management

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR Management
- Over 3 years HR management experience and 1 year working experience in similar position
- Able to work under high-pressure
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Strong interpersonal skills
