* Summary:
This position is responsible for the daily transactions and administration of the company’s HR function.
* Reporting line:
HR & Admin Manager
* Job description:
1. Ensure all HR transactions are done in accordance with company HR policy and handbook
2. Maintain proper HR documentation and recordkeeping as well as HR management system database
3. Handle any and all registration and reporting required to comply with the law
4. Perform payroll administration and all other C&B matters, including timesheet review and wage computation
5. Handle recruitment from generating talent pool through to contracting
6. Handle employee exits
7. Ensure performance reviews occur and properly documented
8. Handle performance management and disciplinary matters
