Supervisor: HR & AD Manager

Summary of Functions:

The HR Supervisor is accountable to the HR & ADM Manager for all activities as defined by his/her duties and responsibilities to meet the objectives set by Thermtrol (VSIP), which includes:

1. Policies, procedures
Ensures the development, implementation, and revision of personnel policies, procedures and forms; including evaluation program, compensation program, company directory and other organizational charts. Stays current with laws and regulations affecting personnel issues, employment practices or trends and recommends new or revised policies and procedures as appropriate.

2. Acquiring HR
- Planning, analyzing the employees competance, designing job descriptions.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and employment cycle including but not limited to (1) Employee headcount control, (2) Job advertising, (3) Select and interview, (4) On-boarding, (5) Orientation, (6) - Termination and separation.

3. Rewarding HR
Assist for implementing the performance evaluation and compensation policies

4. Developing HR
Assist for develop Training and Employee Development function, including but not limited to (1) Training need assessment, (2) Annual training plan executive, (3) Follow up and filing training materials & reports.

5. Compensation and Benefit (C&B) (including Social, Health, & Unemployment Ins.)
Executive C&B tasks including but not limited to Attendant record, salary calculation, PIT finalization and management, labor contract management, Insurances calculation and reports

6. Labor Relations, Managing employee Discipline
- Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required.
- Work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed.
- Assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.

7. Performs other related duties as required or as assigned by the HR & AD manager

List Of Authorities:
The employee shall have the authorities detailed in company policies or procedures. Specifically, HR Supervisor shall secure prior approval of the HR & AD Manager before:
1. Promoting, demoting or terminating the employment of any immediate sub-ordinate.
2. Exceeding any approved budget.
3. Approving any major item of unusual expenditure.
4. Distributing any accounting information to local staff other than in prior approved reports.
5. Disclosing operating and business information to parties, other than Thermtrol group which could affect the company.
6. Granting salary increases to staff or sub-ordinates
7. Employing staff.

Minimum Criteria
• Bachelors Degree in Human resource or related
• High level written and spoken English

Desirable Criteria:
- More than 5 years experience in HR & AD
- Human Resource Mgt/Organizational Leadership
- Leadership Development

- Industrial Relations
