HR Supervisor plays a leader of performance management, development the team and the business.
• Report to General Manager/CEO & HR Manager.
• Be a key person in performance management; build, implement and evaluate the employee’s performance.
• Manage the employee’s development by training plan and execution.
• Manage the employment’s relationship by managing the rules, policies; settling employee’s disputes, termination.
• Manage the HR activities of contract, C&B, welfare, engagement.
• Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by General Manager/CEO and HR Manager.
• Be good team player, willing to learn new things, Can-do-attitude.
• Report to General Manager/CEO & HR Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 5-6 years working in HR with 2-3 years’ experience as Supervisor/Manager.
• Background about C&B, Employment relationship is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Labor Code, Insurance Law, etc.
• Good working in English. And willing to improve more.
• Good skills in MS Office.
• Be a careful people in work; and active, friendly in overall.
