Mô tả công việc
- Overseeing the HR aspect of the Saitex production line for people from disadvantaged backgrounds (including, but not limited to, orphans and adults with disabilities or special needs).
- Onboarding
- Implementing all special needs requirements in our factory for disabilities (physical and intellectual)
- Ensuring that we are handling all cases appropriately
- Handling any issues as they arise, whether it be health related or behavioral
- Helping to educate our team on the various needs
- Helping with recruitment of the new employees
- Overseeing their training programs, their workplace habits
- Ensuring their comfort and success
- Teaching soft skills and life skills (reading, writing, etc.)
- HR for all disabled employees at Saitex
- Support the HR department
- Support our employees with family members who have special needs
- Support Saitex Charity projects, working with local organizations who house and support disabled people
- Helping to spread their expertise to poor communities who lack the resources to support disabled people
- Working with the four social centers/orphanages that Saitex supports, to consult and improve their handling of special needs orphans

- University degree in Special Education
- English language skills a plus
