Mô tả công việc
- Recruit personnel upon request from departments in Company;
- Summarize and control working timetable of all employees;
- Administer labor contracts;
- Establish, develop and maintain HR policies;
- Liaise with relevant government authorities that have jurisdiction over HR issues and make required fillings of documents;
- Oversee performance appraisal, promotions, rewards, disciplinary actions;
- Implement orientation training for newcomers;
- Coordinate with departments and outsource centers to implement the skill-up training based on the yearly plan.
- Disseminate policies, regulations and regimes for employees;
- Summarize and control working timetable of all employees;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University in major of Human Resource / Economics/ Business / Foreign language;
- Under 27 years old.
- English is a must (TOEIC from 650);
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR section;
- Detailed, sense of responsibility;
- Having expectation to work for a long time with the Company.
