Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment:
• Develop a recruitment plan.
• Participate in the recruitment process including:
- Receive recruitment requests from departments. Working with departments to understand the requirements for each position, completing the Job Description.
- Recruit, search for candidates, screen CV.
- Contact the candidate & arrange interview.
- Prepare paper test (depending on a vacancy required).
- Directly interview the candidates as assigned (workers, staffs).
- Report the results after the interview.
- Write an offer letter to successful candidates or refusal letter to candidates failed.
• Create candidate resources (not interviewed, interviewed but not successful, etc.).
• Update the list of vacancies (position, date of request, recruitment channel, date of interview, date of recruitment, health check, hire date, etc.).
• Update the recruitment procedure when required.
2. Training:
• Prepare and send training needs survey to all departments in the company & annual training needs assessment.
• Planning and budgeting annual training.
• Monitor and implement training according to the approved training plan.
• Archive and update the training information of employees throughout the company.
• Participate in preparing and directly company orientation training, other company communicating training.
• Organizing and implementing in-house training programs including:
- Preparation of teaching materials, and facilities for training.
- Support trainers, and classroom coordination during the training process.
- Collecting post-training evaluations, statistics and reporting results to HR-AD Manager.
3 Management of probation contracts, labor contracts:
To monitor the probation process, prepare probation assessment, labor contract renewal assessment. Prepare the probation Contract, labor Contract, labor Contract Appendix, Decision and archive them in employee files.
4. Manage and update employee records. Update, archive of procedures, and regulations followed ISO standards.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by HR-AD Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
+ At least 02 years of experience in recruiting and training in companies with 100 employees upwards
+ Have basic knowledge of recruitment and training, labor code, insurance…
+ Good computer skill
+ Interviewing skills and evaluating candidates
+ Negotiation and persuasion skills

Quyền lợi được hưởng
Salary Negotiable (can be offered depending on skills and experience) and are considered for salary increase according to KPI per year.
12 days annual leave, full participation of social insurance, health insurance, UI, insurance 24/24.
