Mô tả công việc
1. Conduct procedure to welcome newcomers
2. Issue & manage all labour contracts (Non Manager levels) and control the master List of new/renew contract terms
3. Input all data related to employee into the HRIS system
4. Communicate with employees regarding HR services example : Employee cards, ATM, PIT code, locker keys, uniform ATM card etc
5. Follow up & control personal profile and other related issues
6. Support on Insurance tasks for employees when required
7. Support HR activities/ events

University degree with minimum of 1 year-experience as the same position
