- Prepare and submit daily attendance report to the management;
- Monitor & maintain attendance records of employees & Time;
- Management System;
- Prepare new name tags, scan cards for new recruits;
- To prepare and maintain Labor contract for all employees accordingly;
- Related insurance tasks;
- And other jobs as assigned;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Business Administration/ Law/ Foreign Language/Human Resource/Social Science
- At least 1 years experience in HR field
* Special requirements:
- Strong written & oral communication skills,
- Computer literate, Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Laws,
- Able to communicate by English
* Applications will be on First come first served basis.
* Benefits:
- Annual leave: in accordance with prevailing labor code. An additional of 01 paid day for each of 3 working years;
- 13rd month salary and Bonus - twice per year;
- Commuting bus to travel from inner city to the Company;
- Summer trip for employees;
- A competitive salary, benefits will be offered and commensurate with the experiences, qualifications and responsibilities, together with other rights stipulated by Vietnam Labor Law and Company Labor Regulations.
