Manage company’s recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, -schedule interviews, collect employee documents
Provide adequate HR information for new employees via on-boarding program
Maintain and update Organization Chart, Employee Database, Manpower Control
Set up & follow annual evaluation of employees
Provide other HR Admin tasks and support HR team members to ensure smooth operation of HR Dept.
Maintain HR regulations that comply with Labour Law. Internal regulation, discipline handle
Organize training and development programs
Other Personnel jobs as assigned from Leader/ Head of Dept.

-Graduated college / university majoring in human resources, law, and accounting
-3 years of experience in HR Staff
-English: good
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary: 12 -16 million / month
-Other regimes according to the provisions of Vietnamese law and company rules
-13th month salary
