Mô tả công việc
1. Job Purpose:
- To provide an effective HR service
2. Major Account abilities:
** Canteen service:
- Follow up validity of canteen contract with vendors and keep update to HRM to renew before expired day at least 3 months in advance.
- Collect feedback of lunch/ meals from the employees and work with the vendors to settle all complaints as agreed in the contracts.
- Top up money to employees’ card by 5am of the first of the month.
- Top up money for the 3rd shift.
- Actively supporting employees for any claim issues.
- Organize one health talk per quarter.
** Healthcare Insurance:
- Follow up validity of the healthcare insurance contract with Generali and keep update to HRM to renew before expired day at least 4 months in advance.
- Collect claim forms and documents from employees than checking carefully to make sure all required documents are fully submitted before sending it to person in charge of Marsh.
- Update and inform officially by writing letter or via email to Marsh whenever there is increasing or decreasing headcount for healthcare insurance.
- Update any new policies relating to healthcare insurance and public to all relating employees on time.
- Cooperate with Marsh to organize one health talk per quarter.
** Administrative tasks and service to expat:
- In charge of in – out postal activities of the company.
- In charge of ordering pure water, milk and payment settle.
- Uniform and tools controlling including checking stock, ordering to make sure the stock is available as history demands, contributing as the Company’s process.
- P+F Dollar controlling including checking stock, ordering and contributing as the Company’s process.
- Apply work permit and visa for expat including internship, if any.
- Prepare a letter of recommendation for employee who go for oversea business trip as requested.
** Recruiting Operator:
- Recruit full time and part time Operators and workers.
- Orientation for new hired Operator and worker.
- Update personal data of Operator and worker on HR software on time.
** Monthly HR report:
- Update and report staff movement (increasing and decreasing) as template.
- Update and report turnover report as template.
- Update the Org chart whenever arising changes and upload on the Intranet.
- HR reports to Governments as requested.
Others:
- Collect yearly performance appraisal result of Operator and Worker from the Production and Warehouse and key in the excel file.
- Do other tasks as assigned by HRM.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education : Diploma (College degree).
- Languages: English Abilities (Pre-intermediately level).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience doing GA in a FDI company.
- Specific Knowledge: Computer skills (excel, words, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills.
** Part VI: Competencies Requirements
