Mô tả công việc
* Job summary
HR:
- Develop and manage effective recruitment process and tools.
- Update job requirements, job descriptions for all positions.
- Build up HR networks, industry networks and suitable channels for recruitment.
- Approach potential candidates and attend interviews.
- Build up corporate branding among Securities fields.
- Establish, develop and maintain HR policies.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities that have jurisdiction over HR issues and make required fillings of documents.
- Oversee performance appraisal, promotions, rewards, disciplinary actions.
- Be involved in staff orientation, training and career development.
- Build company culture, plan for employee outings and events.
- Administer employment contracts .
- Bridge management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Report to HR Manager and provide support for management decision through HR metrics.
Admin:
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
- Monitor assets, equipments, office supplies.
- Making payment for suppliers/vendors.
- Travel arrangements: Booking hotel, flight ticket.
- Controlling taxi card.
- Other works related to Admin Job and works following General Director/ Head of Department’s requirement
* Responsibilities and accountabilities
- Have experience in accounting field (accounts payable) and HR field (PIT, SI Agency, Labor Department). Experienced and non-experienced candidates all welcome. Experienced in related position is preferred.
- Have knowledge and experience about administrative procedures in Vietnam.
- Have knowledge of related Laws and Regulations

- Proficiency in English & Vietnamese languages
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or in other relevant fields
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, empathy and cooperation.
- Having coordination skill, communication skill and reports & administrative documents writing and making skill
- Being well-organized and able to solve problem efficiently
- Owning strong management ability; logical thinking
- Good at ‘Multi-Task Management’, can do many tasks parallel
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or in other relevant fields
