Recruitment support
Manage leave and attendance
Prepare and issue HR-related document
Process monthly payroll on time and ensure accuracy
Responsible for any HR related Claims and Reimbursements
Coordinate to process appraisals as and when required (probationary/ regular/ exits)
Assist to arrange training and maintain records and proper documentation
Handle grievances
Provide support in arranging team building and/ or gatherings

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Degree in Human Resource or any Business Discipline
1-2 years of HR experience in Construction industry
Familiar with Vietnam labor rules and regulations, HR practices
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with employees across all levels
Good team working sills and able to work efficiently and in a team
