Mô tả công việc
Work location: Bac Ninh
• Make sure all confidential information related to employees as well as company (including staff personal information, salary, bonus, welfare, benefits… etc.) are strictly kept safety.
• Responsible for general HR, including C&B Job, Recruitment, GA job for SDIV Customer
• In charge of Recruitment process for SDIV Operation Group, follow company’s policy.
• In charge of Training & Development activities for the whole Company
• Other works as and when assigned by HR & GA Manager.
• Can move from Bac Ninh to Thai Nguyen once a week

a. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: University
b. EXPERIENCE: At least 1-2 years working experience related to HR& C&B
c. SKILLS:
• Good Time Management Skill
• Good Plan/ Organizational skills
• Good Problem Solving Skills
• Advanced written and spoken communication skills (English & Vietnamese)
• Hard working, responsible and reliable person
• Ability to work under high pressure, can work overtime
• Willing to travel
• Good Teamwork
