Mô tả công việc
1. Planning & organizing recruitment activities
2. Control workforce resources & budget
3. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
4. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, to be able to attract candidates using various sources, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
5. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
6. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or other related field.
2. Experiences:
- 4-5 years above HR working experience, at least 2 years in handing recruitment independently
- HR functional expertise & Legislation knowledge
- Working in manufacturing or headhunting organization is a plus
3. Skills:
- Problem Solving; Dealing with Ambiguity; Learning on the Fly; Drive for results Data-driven
- Make decisions using data and facts.
