Mô tả công việc
- Systematically and effectively execute the recruiting plans and processes
- Develop channels for active candidate recruiting and screen adequate applicants for the corresponding positions.
- Follow up all progress of newcomers until their end of probation period.
- Computerize all candidates’ data into personnel management system for ease of keeping track.
- Ensure that all new recruits have the complete and legitimate personal documents in accordance with the law and the Company policy.
- Make the periodical report on incoming, outgoing, transferring labour force of the Company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
- 1 ~ 3 years of HR experience with a bachelor degree
(in management, or HR; 1+ year experience in global company preferred)
- Knowledge of labor law, insight on IT industry and labor market
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Outlook
- Proactive and skilled in the communicative ability for cooperation and teamwork.
- Not disqualified from overseas travel in case of business travels
