Mô tả công việc
Overall Job Purpose:
Responsible for general HR activities. These involve in handling employee's benefits, compensations and labor relations etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation & Benefit
• Processing to calculate monthly salary & bonus for all employees.
• Monitor works of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and check the insurance matters for the employees
• Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Molisa, Tax Department and internal report system.
• Managing timeline of labor contract.
2. PIT
• Complete monthly PIT report, yearly PIT finalization, reconciliation PIT with Tax Department (if any).
• Prepare and issue a tax receipt and income confirmation letter to employees.
3. Recruitment
• Be in charge of recruitment procedures such as collecting recruitment requests from departments, sourcing and screening qualified profiles, arranging interview, reference checking, announcing interview results, etc.
• Process professionally entrance procedures for new staffs.
4. Employee relation
• Plan and implement internal events
• In charge of company announcement and notices.
• Administer exit procedure including resignation letter, handover checklist, termination agreement, final payment etc.
• Support and answer inquiries from employees regarding company's policy and HR procedure
• Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance.
5. Other related duties as assigned
• Perform other related duties as assigned by HR Manager.
