Job Purpose:
Compile reports, analyze, synthesize and interpret data to support the objectives of the Human Resources department as well as develop reporting and analytics to translate those data into actionable insights.
Your main duties will be:
1. HR Systems Management:
• Manage HR database & ensure data accuracy
• Partner with HRBP and key business partners to understand reporting needs, to generate monthly reports of HR and other required data reporting and presentation
• Design and deliver timely, meaningful reporting and analytics to HR superior and company executives
• Work with partners in HR and other departments to ensure efficient flow of data at all stages, from collection to transformation and storage to reporting
• Be in charge of Attendance Management System and reporting
2. HR Administration:
• Assist Payroll counterpart in monthly Payroll data completion
• Calculate monthly commission
• Provide support to employees with HRIS system issues
• Tax code and PIT dependent register
• Perform market data collection and analysis, both annually and ad-hoc
• Handle regular cases of employee relations
• Office operation and administrative tasks supporting office staff
• Coordinate with HR counterpart to ensure HR services delivering to staff professionally

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A minimum of 2 years experiences in HR Assistant or Analyst, multinational retailer of company size more than 200 headcounts
• Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably in HR Management or Business Management
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and data analysis
• Service oriented mindset, able to handle confidential information with care
• Demonstrated ability to research, compile and interpret data
• Can-do attitude
• Good communication and team work
