Working with Prudential as HR Shared Services Assistant means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals.
Responsibility:
Conduct full pre-employment check process:
- Work with Talent Acquisition team and third party to conduct the pre-employment (reference) check process.
- Ensure all employees onboard with PVA have qualified reference check result.
- Work with Talent Strategic Sourcing team to ensure the pre-employment check payment are made timely and accurately.
Provide best services to new-hire in their onboarding process including:
- Work with HRBP and business partner to prepare the onboarding for new-hire including all logistics needed (entrance card, confirmed new-hire email, buddy confirmation, hiring completion on myHR, etc.)
- Assist new-hire on their onboarding process on system to ensure they complete all requirements before their onboarding date.
- Ensure the new-hire kit is well prepared and delivered to all new-hire on their 1st joining day.
- Ensure P’s files of employee are well-collected and stored aligned with PVA standard on employee’s 1st joining date.
- Working with L&D team to prepare and distribute Buddy voucher to buddy, following the confirmed list of HRBP.
- Work with payroll team to ensure all the required documents related to employee’s benefit including SHUI and PIT registration are well completed.
- Work with HR System team to issue Labor Contract for new Hire within first 30 days and collect them back from employees for filing and scanning.
Others
- Update new employees’ work email into myHR
- Coordinate with IT Team to update the New Hire list into Lotus Notes for setup user accounts
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager
- Play myHR System's helpdesk role to users in terms of process guidance or basic information input

- 6 months - 2 years of experience in Administration tasks
- Detailed-oriented
- Willing to support others
