- Responsible for Dept and LR projects: Strategy Map, Labor practice project, P.A.C.E CARE project,...
- Handle grievances from employees, take corrective and preventive action.
- Handle disciplinary violation and take improvement action.
- Utilize and develop company's communication channels.
- Cooperate with Depts to implement action to reduce turnover rate and retain employees.
- Implement canteen commettee activities to bring about employees' satisfaction on company's meal serving.
- Manage LR team to meet team's work requirement.
- Other Jobs under assignment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree. Major in Human Resources, Business administration, English or related fields.
- Over 4 years experience in Human resources management position.
- Fluent in English.
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good at planning
- Good work and time management.
