HR Senior Staff (C&B - Working in Hung Yen)

* WORKING LOCATION
Washing Machine Factory, Plot G2, Thang Long II IP, Yen My, Hung Yen Province
(Free shuttle bus available)

* JOB DESCRIPTION
The job-holder will be responsible for implementation of HR activities as following:
1. Compensation & Benefit
• In charge of monthly attendance, control leave, overtime
• Check and update employee information on data system.
• Control in extension, new signing or termination of Labor contracts
• Open and control PIT code for employees, dependents
• In charge of all job related to Insurance as monthly report, insurance benefits claim for employees, open/close and return Social insurance book to employees.

2. Recruitment & Training
• Support recruitment procedure
• Support on-boarding procedures including Orientation Training for new-comers.
• Support to implement annual training programs.

* REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Languages or relevant fields.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
• Familiar with Human Resources Management Systems
• Good communication, presentation skills, listening skill
• Good problem-solving, time management skills and agile learning attitude
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of English.
