HR Senior

I. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND KEY JOB DUTIES
We are looking for a skilled HR Senior to take care of all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes as well as Office Management. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR strategy and objectives.

1. Human Resource duties:
- Propose and implement the strategies and initiatives to manage Human Resource successfully including recruitment, culture management, employment cycle changes, talent management, facility management etc. aligned with the overall business strategy
- Relationship management with external recruitment partners.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Organize and follow up internal culture events such as meetings, training, celebration., etc and other external events such as recruitment program/workshop, etc.
- Maintain pay plan and develop benefits program
- Report to BOD and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

2. Facility management:
- Office management: propose and maintain office decorum and spirit, manage and supervise office supplies
- prepare and manage internal document, record expenditure and receipts, coordinate with accounting team

3. Cooperate with Thunder Mentor courses
- Course management: recruit student, cooperate with mentor to promote the course and improve class quality
- Class management: facility, schedule and student management
- Payment for mentors

II. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration management, or relevant degree
- 1 year of working experience in HR Senior
- Excellent knowledge and execution in HR relating tasks such as talent branding, - recruitment, culture development, etc.
- Commit long-term working
- Good at planning and team management skill
- Responsibility and Result driven
- Able to work under pressure and take care of multi-tasks
- Good at computer skills (Internet research skill, word, excel, powerpoint)
- Good at english reading skill
