Mô tả công việc
- Assist to Human Resource Manager to monitor HR policies and regulation of the company and perform HR functions
- Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions
- Maintain employees' records, such as insurance coverage, pension plan and personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations, etc.
- Maintain staff performance assessment program
- Maintain employee filing system

Yêu cầu ứng viên
•At least 3 years work experience in relevant areas of HR including HRIS and Payroll
•Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in related field
•Preferably experience with a Foreign Company
•Sound understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam
•Very accurate in completing tasks and can work to meet deadlines
•Mature, can work independently and is able to keep information confidential
•Excellent communication skills
•Proactive and ability to successfully complete multiple projects with changing priorities
•Good team work and English Skills
•Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Salary and Bonus Range (Mức lương)
