* PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for supporting human resources initiatives and ensure that HR plans are aligned with business goals, in order to sustain positive employee relationships, organizational effectiveness,
talent acquisition and management, training, and broader HR initiatives nd HR programs aligned with short and long-term business objectives.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Support the plant leadership and the organization in providing guidance and direction on HR topics.
• Understand how to manage information, balancing confidentiality with business needs
• Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees. Effectively deploy development and application of policies, practices and programs that drive employee involvement and ownership.
• Fosters an environment that promotes Varroc Lighting systems Values
• Partner with HR organization to implement standardized global HR processes, identify best practices.
• Support community efforts and relationships.
• Be the referent for communication
• Ensure that the site is in compliance with legal requirements and with VLS programs and policies.
• Support culture focused on Safety.
• Implement culture that drive employee engagement, management accountability, team collaboration, innovation & creativity, health and safety principles, social responsibility features, ethical values, company vision / mission in order to improve individual and organizational performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Master’s Degree Human Resources or related field, Master Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a HR specialist role including exposure to matrix organization, multinational environment, workforce planning, employee motivation and communication.
• Self-sufficiency in managing simultaneous assignments; flexibility; strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong building organizational capability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Personal integrity

• Personal characteristic and soft skills:
• Organizational and planning skills
• Time management
• Ability to make decisions
• Priority setting
• Proactive approach
• Tasks accomplishing
