Mô tả công việc
- Develop human resources financial strategy by forecasting requirements, trends, and variances to help align with financial resources and developing corrective actions.
- Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health benefits, training and development, succession planning and employee retention.
- Manage human resources operations recruiting and training staff. Monitor, appraise, and review staff contributions to the organization while implementing change as necessary.
- Implement change management projects by identifying, communicating issues, setting priorities and proposing action plans
- Support management by providing human resources advice
- Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing and updating policies, procedures, methods and guidelines
- Communicate and enforce organization’s values
- Comply with vietnam legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
- Continuous knowledge update by participating to conferences and job fairs, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, joining professional organizations.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value wherever possible

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Master's Degree preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in Hr field
- Good at numbers and analyzing headcount and people cost
- Good at project handling
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working location: Hung Yen Factory
