HR Section Chief (Male)

-Daily, monthly control of attendance and absence, annual leave at the factory and make reports relating to staff and workers management.
-Maintaining C&B policies & procedures to be relevant to business and in compliance with laws and regulations.
-Ensuring company’s staff and workers to understand HR policies as well as C&B policies.
-To review and maintain procedures in order to solve any problems relating to labor relation.
-To review and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and employees.
-Controlling security and working with relevant authorities (police, guards) to keep security and avoid possible risks/problems at the factory.
-Handling complex HR operations at the factory.
-Undertaking tasks as assigned by leaders.

-BA degree, preferring in human resources, labor relations or other related areas.
-5 - 7 years proven track record in the field of Human Resource.
-Extensive experience in handling complex HR operations for a large organization.
-Being proficient in MS Applications – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Being proficient in spoken and written English.
-Having conflict resolution skills and abilities to work independently, manage time and meet tight deadlines.
-Strong interpersonal skills and abilities effectively communicate with leaders and employees at all levels within the organization.
-Strong working knowledge of labor laws and practices with experience working in teams, both as a leader and a team member.
-Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
