HR Representative

•Responsibilities –

•Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and benefits management, talent development program’s execution and also HR system maintenance and company stipulations maintenance and employee information/ data management at general level.
•The position is to assist regional HR manager to accommodate a variety of local management and employee’s request in HR function and know the priority to solve the issues.
•The people should act as a HR contact window to have a smooth communication with employees and managers, to know the issues and can work around and provide a standard & professional response under regional HR manager’s guidance.
•The role needs to partner with infrastructure/finance teams to sync up all activities related to people matters.
•The position is part of global HR team in Synopsys and will participate global programs like M&A, Inclusion and diversity, performance management and learning &development, etc.
•The position may need to coordinate country-wide employee activities; and support on company events as part of job responsibility.
•The role needs a comprehensive knowledge of government regulations and rules related to talent and labor management in local.

•Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related Human resource experience. Specialized in one of areas such as compensation or benefits etc. is a plus
•General knowledge of local labor regulations and procedure and be proficient with office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•Have quite good judgement and logic thinking to determine appropriate actions.
•Open and sincere communication style and active working attitude for all HR matters on the job
•Fluent in written & spoken in both Vietnamese and English
