- Assist BOD on monitoring key HR metrics and developing HRM processes
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Design job descriptions and advertise job openings
- Source potential candidates and arrange interviews
- Manage HRM materials i.e. labor contracts, salary structure, paperwork, etc
- Check and track leave applications and working time of employees
- Provide solutions for HRM-related issues
- Other tasks assigned by BOM/Seniors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good command of English, MS office
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Understanding of sourcing techniques, referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible, friendly, careful and well-organised
- Desire to improve productivity and efficiency at work
