HR Recruiter

1. Handle Manpower requisition from respective departments, compile manpower requisition and prepare the recruitment plan
2. Handle the whole process of interview
3. Screen through the job application, arrange for interview and update recruitment result to superior
4. Inform the newcomer list to respective parties
5. Involve in interview for potion from cleaner/operator to Clerk/Senior technician
6. Update new employee information into HRM system
7. Prepare report on job application and recruitment status
8. Control locker and issue locker to new employee
9. Do employee personal information filing
10. To perform administrative tasks as required.
11. Enforce safety and housekeeping at the work area

Qualification: 3 years certificate/Degree in relevant major
Experience: 2 years for 3 years certificate/ Fresh for degree
Good command of written & spoken English
Excellent at MS Office
Good communication skills
Positive, motivating and inspiring personalities
Well-organized and reliable
