- Organizing the administrative related work of the company
- Planning recruitment, training
- Developing human resources annually and monthly.
- Develop career development programs for employees
- Develop a standard recruitment & training plan, salary and bonus regulations - encourage employees to work and ensure benefits for employees.
- Advise the Board of Directors on the organizational structure, the training, recruitment, salary and bonus, welfare, administrative work of the company.

1. Professional qualifications:
- From 3 years of experience in human resources and above.
- English communication fluently.
2. Skills:
- Leadership and training skills.
- Organizing & supervising skills.
- Skills of analysis, synthesis & reporting.

- After the month of probation on official staff
- 13th month salary, plus 14 days leave.
- Signing labor contracts to participate in social insurance and health insurance ....
- Review salary 2 times / year.
- Holidays, New Year in accordance with state regulations.

- Year-end party / company trip.
- Free lunch support for full-time staff and other expenses such as parking fees and water.
TIME AND WORKPLACE:
From 9am - 6pm from Monday - Friday.
