Job summary
As a HR Project Specialist, you will be supporting HR AGM & C&B manager to develop and manage HR project plans, including HR system, KPI, Job grading, building-up Career pathways… In this role, you will grow strategic relationships with corporate teams, as well as contribute to the development and application of HR policies and procedures
This is a full-time position based in Daikin’s head office – HCMC and we are looking for an energetic person, who has very good communication, analyzing, convincing, project team management skills and flexible

Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for KPI setting and employee’s Position class (PC) defining
- Plan, implement and manage the KPI sets
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
- Create, implement and manage employee’s PC for all staff
- Participate in building an effective management system - KPIs (instructions, forms, evaluation, and scale, etc)
- Maintaining employee records in the KPI system
- Coordinate with the department managers of consequences related to performance evaluation results, e.g. Performance Improvement Plans, responses to requests for revision of the evaluation, reward and recognition activities, etc.
- Oversee the implementation of key performance measures, core competencies, and core values into the performance appraisal system.
- Coordinate in implementing HR System project (SAP SuccessFactors), mainly for building up KPI management part
- Other tasks assigned by Management

- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR or equivalent. University degree
- Demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of KPIs/ Job grading.
- Good command in English and Microsoft Office skill
- Experiences in SAP or HR Systems is preferred
