- Support HR Managers on SOP Projects
- Allocate & Follow-up project result
- Mobilize both internal HR teams & global project team to trouble shoot any issues with work processes
- Prepare, translate communication materials for project launch
- Support HR team in deploying HR projects to employees
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree, specialized in HR, Business Administration, have master degree is a plus
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience in HR, basic understanding in HR process
- Agiled, quick learning & good communication & negotiation skills
- English is on advance level
- Good personality and clever communication to coordinate various parties
- Experience in some HR Project management is a plus
