- Maintaining of employees’ personal, employment records and employees' personal file
- Recruiting of all positions
- Conducting of new hires orientation
- Processing of monthly timesheet and payroll
- Driving the yearly performance and salary review exercise
- Overseeing and developing the yearly training and development programmes for employees
- Organizing welfare activities and employees’ engagement events
- Resolving the grievances and queries of employees
- Conducting exit interviews and managing the exit clearance of employees

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of local employment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate discussions and meetings
- Ability to multi-task and willing to take on wider job portfolio for career development
- Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good at Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
