HR Outsourcing Service Leader will lead team of HR outsourcing service. The position holder is also responsible for managing all activities related to contractors while maintaining the strong relationship with clients to find additional opportunities for business growth.
Finance
- Lead the team to achieve the set target of the whole team
- Follow up payment of clients
Business Development and Customer Services
- Visit new clients to introduce services offered by TalentNet
- Visit clients to handle request of clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship and provide quality services
Process/ Function HR Outsourcing
- Visit clients to introduce TalentNet services
- Be accountable for managing the Outsourcing Service for clients
- Make sure all activities related to the contractors contain Onboarding and Off Boarding Process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization based strictly on TLN standard and process
- Investigate and consult the solution of client questions
- Take part in corporate projects (if any)
Learning & Growth
- Learn and develop by self
- Participate in seminars for regulations/knowledge update
- Participate or conduct in sharing sessions within or in inter-team
- Provide coaching and mentoring for team members
Major challenges
- Reach sales target set for whole team
- Handle various clients’ orders simultaneously
- Directly deal and work with different Clients
- Manage the team to meet Client’s expectation

Qualification
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree either in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law
Experience
- Essential: At least 5 years of human resources experience in the field of compensation and benefits
Desirable
- In addition to the above requirements, preferably in other areas in HR management or Service industry
Abilities/Skills
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles, payroll works and labour regulations
- Ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details
- Proven good customer service skills
- Good planning, time management and organization skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Deal with business matters professionally
- Demonstrate team leadership ability.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
