HR Operations Specialist (C&B)

50% Payroll, Social Health Insurance, PIT process
• Take lead in following up & managing the payroll requests through system, to interact with requesters to ensure appropriate/correct payroll requests in accordance with benefits policies
• Manage vendors to ensure the payroll inputs processed timely & correctly
• Ensure timely upload of bank files & payment
• Ensure personnel cost reports provided timely & correctly to Finance department
• Effectively manage payroll master data
• Administrate Social Health Insurance & PIT in accordance with current laws on monthly & yearly basis
• Ensure AON Insurance updated correctly & timely
• Support audit when required
30% System management_Ops queue
• Take lead in managing HR requests and collaborate with MyHR Support team to handle HR Requests in Ops queue in a timely manner
• Proactively interact with other team members in Ops team to handle HR request effectively
20% Employment Management
• Take lead & proactively collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to receive the Newhire data for process filing accordingly
• Keep track & update New hire data to ensure no missing docs
• Take lead & proactively interact with managers to complete exit process, and collaborate with MyHR support to complete the termination in system & issue relevant decisions/letters
• Proactive keep tract & manage employee data in system
• Administrate & Manage employee’s labor contract in accordance with Cargill policies & labor laws

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to execute processes and HR solutions, experiences in HR generalist or payroll management is preferable
• At least 4 - 7 years of Human Resources/Business experience
• Strong oral communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate, influence, and negotiate with and present to multiple levels of management. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills is a plus
• Proven ability to effectively deliver projects and processes Human Resources
• Experience consulting with some stakeholder groups
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to challenge & work under high pressures
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to partner, build, and sustain positive working relationships
• Professional language proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical abilities and excel skills. Positive & smart working attitude
• Familiarity with compensation systems
• Demonstrated experience participating in change efforts characterized by effective communications and strong partnerships
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical level
