Provide first step of Human Resources support for all employees in the country. Resolve first step issues or assign complex transactions and identified HR areas to next round contracts – within Cargill or 3rd party vendor
Principal Accountabilities
(1)50%:
• Resolves client issues, concerns and inquiries through phone, fax and email regarding HR processes and policy
• Works in order to meet expected service levels and business performance goals by providing the needed information
• Accesses point solutions to complete client inquiries and transactions
(2)20%:
• Assigns complex transactions to HR professional team for resolution or contact with third party vendors as appropriate
• Escalates client service issues to lead, supervisor or manager as necessary
(3)20%:
• Fully documents all cases in case management application
• Provides input to HR Service Center knowledgebase
• Participates in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen
• Develops understanding of HR Service Center operations and the Cargill organization, support to make work permit...
(4)10%:
Culture Steward
• Participates in projects or tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate, at least 1 - 2 years working experience in HR admin
• Experience in a customer service related position is preferable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with client and HR Service Center team members
• Will be trusted to secure and maintain confidential information
• Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise and professional communication skills
• Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients’ needs and situation
• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
• Computer literate with knowledge of common office productivity software and the ability to learn customer service software applications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a customer service related position is preferable
