Working Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province
Job Description:
- Review Time sheet, overtime sheet, Insurance report, PIT and Family deduction registration monthly before making salary list
- Consolidate monthly payroll/SHUI/PIT data and send to Payroll Vendor
- Prepare PIT and Social Insurance reports monthly
- Responsible for all day-to-day payroll administrative tasks in a tight cooperation with payroll service provider, HR Business partners & other departments
- Trouble shoot and support to solve all requests/enquiries of associate related to payroll topics
- Ensure that Employee data are updated and available for every HR purposes Policy and regulation management
- Ensure adherence to Labor Code and other related Legislation
- Be member of project team in HR system projects if any

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor/master degree in Human resource/Business administration/Accounting
- At least 3 years working experience in C&B
- Solid understanding of C&B operations (Payroll, PIT, Insurance...) and deep knowledge about Labor Law, PIT Law
- Good problem solving, negotiation & time management skills
- Strong and proven analytical skills, good sense of number
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Excellent in English communication/written skill
- At least 3 years working experience in C&B
