Mô tả công việc
**Working location: Binh Duong Factory - G2CN, KCN Mỹ Phước, P. Mỹ Phước, Thị Xã Bến Cát, Tỉnh Bình Dương (NO SHUTTLE BUS)
** Job Description: The job holder will provide excellent HR services to functional departments at Binh Duong Factory with the details as follows:
1. Recruitment (30%)
- Build job networking channels (public center, schools, job fairs) to enrich the talent databases.
- Maximize internal recruiting channels with most efficient tools/sources
- Ensure recruiting timely, obtain "meet expectation" performance result of new hired employees
2. C&B (Time sheet & Insurance) (30%)
- Track attendance records of employees
- Input & update employee database timely and correctly in HR Software System
- Follow up & making employee’s offer, labor contract (re-new / terminate, …)
- Input data for compulsory insurances (HI, SI, UI)
- Register PIT code & Dependent for staff
3. Training (15%)
- Conduct Orientation training for new employees
- Assist the training programs, especially some compulsory training for employees at factory e.g. safety training
4. Employee Relations (20%)
- Listen employee’s idea, complaint, query… about their current job (salary, assignments, supervisor…) & recommend for solutions.
- Cooperate with Head of Departments to resolve their staffs’ issues
- Actively report soonest on serious problems and take quick actions
- Promote the staff motivation action and give the solutions to Department Heads on staff issues.
- Support in performance management system (employees' KPI)
- Coordinate with all department to review, follow up and evaluate KPI
- Assist to manage canteen & securities
5. Ad-hoc (5%)
- Other HR projects as assigned

- University Degree, not over 35 years-old
- Around 2 years working experience in HR at manufacturing companies
- Strong in recruitment/networking, communication, problem-solving
- Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power-points, HR System)
- Able to use English at work
- Honest, hard-working, willing to learn
- Able to arrange your own travel from your place to factory
- Around 2 years working experience in HR at manufacturing companies
