HR Officer

1. Training activities
- Be in charge of orientation training for all new employees.
- Receive training request from Department Managers and work with them to develop training materials.
- Prepare and set up training facility (training room, projector, make training report etc.) and conduct training.
2. Recruitment activities
- Receive & verify Hiring request from Department Managers
- Search, screen and shortlisted candidates and arrange for interview
- Join interview with Department Managers.
- Inform recruitment results to C&B team for offer.
- Input personal information of new employees into the system
- Responsible for monthly timesheet, daily attendance report, headcount report
- Ensure labor contracts, renewal contracts are given to employees on time.
- Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Check, monitor, remind and guide all employees to follow the rules and regulations.
- Support all ISO assessments, customers audits
- Perform other tasks as assigned HR Manager

- Graduated university in administrative, human resources or other related fields.
- Have at least 3 years working experience at the same position.
- Familiar with Vietnam Labor Law.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and with good time management and communication skills.
- Good command of English
- Good in interview skill
- Have a good public-speaking skill
- Have training/coaching experiences is a plus.
- Good computer skills: MS Excel & Powerpoint.
* Living in Binh Duong is a plus.
* Working time: 08AM to 05PM from Monday to Friday
* Shuttle bus from HCMC to Factory
* Working location: My Phuoc 3 IP, Ben Cat District, Binh Duong Province
