Main duties:
* Recruitment & Training activity of the Company
- To ensure the timely and effective recruitment service as per requirements from departments and in line with company policy.
- To conduct HR Introduction and Orientation Training for newcomers
- To undertake ad hoc HR projects as assigned
- Supports Boss in developing and revising HR policies and procedures
* Follow up performance evaluation, labor contract printing and record
* Social Insurance, Compensation and other benefits
* Control employees' personnel files
* Monthly reports and other tasks assigned by Boss

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 year experience in HR.
- University degree.
- Good at oral and written English.
- Computer proficiency
- Result-oriented, independent, well organized, confident and enthusiastic
