HR Officer

- Develop HR policy, organization structure, performance management, total rewards, labor relation in compliance with Labor Code. Check and update new policies and procedures in compliance with Labor Code: salary regulation, working norm, labor agreement, labor contract, annual leave, ….
- Check company salary & compensation & benefit & insurance policies: check monthly salary & insurance coverage .
- Make monthly & quarterly and annually reports to concerned departments:
+ Labor and hygiene safety: labor safety training, health examination, working environment measurement … Check and update new law
+ Food safety; check and update new law
+ Fire-fighting & protection; check and update new law
+ Environmental protection: monitoring report, environmental measurement … Check and update new law
+ Other reports required by Government

Qualification: Degree holder in HR management or related fields
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience working in HR management.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law
- Basic legal knowledge
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
