Mô tả công việc
Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Assisting in searching, screening CVs and arranging interviews for candidates;
o Coordinating with other departments to arrange onboarding process for newcomers;
Training:
o In charge training administration for training plan implementation;
o Maintaining training database of employees;
o Doing training evaluation and reports.
C&B:
o Controlling monthly attendance record, night shift, annual leave, and overtime;
o Collecting and submitting health & social insurance’s documents for employees;
o Supporting in preparing documents for Personal Income Tax.
HR Admin:
o Managing all HR admin activities such as updating employee database and filing employee personal documents;
o Supporting in organizing HR and admin activities/ events.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Can work under pressure, team work, high responsibility;
Careful, hardworking, initiative person;
Have experience in administration / HR at least 2 year;
Have good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Proficient in English communication (verbal & written)
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Mức Lương: 12- 15 triệu/tháng
- Các chế độ khác theo quy định của pháp luật và nội quy của công ty
