Principle Accountabilities
- The HR officer is responsible for implementing some specific training courses, implementing training plans, training evaluation & follow up activities and other related activities of employees in order to meet the required standard as set by the Company.
Reporting Relationship
- Reporting to HR Manager - Operations
- Subordinate: None
Job Responsibilities
- Collect the training needs information from yearly appraisal.
- Manage the training form and follow up individual training.
- Communicate the training program to trainees and their department managers.
- Work with related people to ensure all training courses implemented on time in full with proper logistic arrangement.
- Manage training rooms and all facilities involves.
- Manage training evaluation and recommendation for actions.
- Manage the training database (soft/hard) including training need analysis, training plan, training participants, training evaluation etc.
- Provide training documents/records to Audits.
- In charge of recruitment process for level 6 – 9.
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager Operations.
