- Classifying and keeping HR documents.
- Collecting new candidates's CVs, documents, setting up interview schedule.
- Support employees at Da Nang branch to contact HR at Head quarter about tasks relating to SI, HI, UI, Sick and maternity claims. Solving any issues if any.
- Checking labor contracts.
- Checking overtime sheets.
- Making HR reports to manager. Making Labor reports to Labor department.
- And others.
