HR Officer (HRBP Supply Chain Team)

•Implement recruitment as process and manpower budget approved to ensure all recruitment requirements are met in a timely manner and orientation program for newcomers

•Deliver and implement HR procedures in staffing/transfer/movement/resignation

•Manage employee profiles and update/follow up data information in the system

•Follow up some benefits schemes for staff such as AON, uniforms… and others payment

•Communicate and implement other HR processes and procedures in a full compliance with company's regulations and frameworks

•Implement some tasks assigned in People & Organization Development Pillars (TPM Methodology) such as following up pillar KPIs, meeting minutes…

•Ad-hoc projects/assignments/tasks required from HRBP Supply Chain

•Possess at least Bachelor Degree preferably Human Resources, Law, Business Administration

•Requires at least 2+ years FMCG full-time the same position with equivalent title and business size

•Dynamic, good English and communication skill

•Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees

•Proactive initiative and communication style

•Excellent relationship-building skills

•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

•Knowledge in TPM Methodology - preferred
