HR Officer (Hospitality Industry) to Start Immediately (02 Headcounts)

We are looking for a HR Officer with at least 2 years’ experience in Human resources of Hospitality Industry who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will support management team to research for better recruitment channels, create move attractive recruit ads, develop growth driving HR policies and further.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities
• Understand the requirement of business operation, translate into recruitment effort
• Lead recruitment efforts (preparing job descriptions, ads, and managing the hiring process)
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Support head of departments to develop training and development plans
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records* according to policy and legal requirements
(*attendance, review, personal documents etc.)
• Carry out C&B (compensation and benefit) process
• Ensure legal compliance and fulfilment of documentation as required by law
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures

• Can do attitude with learner mentality
• Strong ethics with reliable personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of HR function and process
• Few years of experience would be an advantage but not a must
