Mô tả công việc

*Job Summary:
1. To implement policies in the functions of human resources to be in line with Country HR’s and serve regional HR strategies and business objectives.
2. To ensure effective HR operations that can support a safe, productive and pleasant work environment in place to attract new recruits, optimize the levels of employee productivity and organization goal achievements.

*Duties and Responsibilities:
1. C&B (60%):
- Implementing welfare and benefits for staff according to the policies and regulations of the company
- Recording attendance check, calculating monthly payroll & bonus, process SHUI registration, PIT settlement
- Controlling probation-end list, labor contract renewal and termination

2. Recruitment (20%):
- Assisting in posting jobs
- Assisting in screening application forms and shortlisting applicants
- Arranging interview and following up employment offer or rejection procedure
- Preparing first day kit for new staff and welcoming them on their on-board day

3. Employee Relations (10%):
- Facilitating staff activities such as company outing, staff birthday, events, etc.
- Supporting a harmonious working environment that encourages open communication and enhances trust-building between the employees and the management

4. Admin (10%):
- Ordering and managing stationeries, equipment and other stuff to make sure everything is sufficient and in good status
- Ensuring the office is always clean, tidy and in proper operation

5. Other tasks as assigned by HR&Admin Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education:
- Bachelor Degree in HRM/Business Administration/Economics or related fields
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in C&B
- Having recruitment experience is a plus
3. Age: 24-30
4. Sex: Female
5. Others:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent at MS Office skills especially Exel
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Having experience in recruitment is an advantage
- Having worked in MNCs is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people across different functions and levels
- Good at working with numbers
- Sound critical thinking and problem solving skill
- Able to manage work load and complete tasks under high pressure
- Good sense of human being
- Result-oriented, proactive, open-minded, self-motivated, careful, easy to adapt with fast speed and changes
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferable
