Mô tả công việc

Reporting directly to Vice Director of Operations and dotted line to Director of Operations, this role
is responsible for implementing and monitoring all people processes including recruitment & on
boarding, learning & development and performance review and appraisal to ensure consistent and
fair approach to people management throughout Christina Noble Children’s Foundation, Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Recruitment & On boarding
- Be responsible for the job opening including assisting the hiring manager with the job description’s review, drafting the job advertisement and undertaking the job postings on relevant channels.
- Coordinate and arrange the interviews, skilled tests and associated correspondences, including interview questions and interview guide.
- Ensure that all pre-employment requirements are completed in accordance with the Recruitment & On boarding Policy.

Learning & Development
- Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of learning programs and the implementation of the Foundation’s training & development plan.
- Identify and assess current and future training needs through job description’s analysis, career aspiration, and annual performance appraisals in coordinating with line managers for employees’ personal development.
- Coordinate external trainings including sourcing the training provider, searching for courses and getting the employees enrolled on the courses.
- Encourage the self-learning of employees by promoting online learning programs, exploring elearning websites and recommending relevant course for teams, functions and individuals.
- Monitor the post training evaluation and action plans for training effectiveness and provide the training reports as required.
Performance Appraisal
- Provide close monitoring and on-going support to ensure that performance management process including setting objectives, on-going feedback, performance appraisals is being effectively and timely deployed as per policy.
- Consolidate performance appraisals of all employees and report to the Board of Management for their review and feedback on employee and line manager’s assessment as well as employee’s contributions for changes and further improvements.
- Put together the objectives set by all functions and employees and report to the Board of Management for their monitoring and providing leadership supports whenever required.

General
- Review and draft people policies, ensuring they are up to date and fit for purpose and actively propose any changes/revisions.
- Keep self and the Board of Management up-to-date with the Vietnam Labour Code and any employment laws and regulations relevant to Vietnam employees and expatriates.
- Undertake review and update of Job Descriptions (as required) in collaboration with line managers
- Manage employee database and file employee’s personal documents properly and accurately.
- Build strong working relationships at all levels to influence and engage staff.
- Carry out any other duties as required by the line managers

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- HR related qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in HR
- University degree
- Good interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport in the workplace.
- Demonstrate ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
- Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
- Interested in and committed to work in the social works sector, especially in the charity for disadvantaged children.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
